Shipping policy

Delivery of hot water systems to Australian mainland metropolitan areas is generally free of charge. Accessories ordered in conjunction with hot water systems are also generally delivered free. If you are unsure of whether you are in a mainland metro area, please contact us to confirm. As a general rule, the delivery address should fall within a 20 km radius of a major mainland metro area. 

Accessories (including valves and fittings) ordered without a hot water system incur a shipping fee of $19.95. These products are shipped express using a carrier or our choice. 

Delivery terms and conditions

Your order is generally dispatched on the same working day that your order is received. You will receive an email notification from Hot Water Boss when your order is shipped. Orders received after 12pm will be dispatched the next business day. 

Note: Delivery is only within standard business hours Monday to Friday, and may be impacted upon by Christmas, Easter, and other Public Holidays.

 

Bay Islands Delivery (QLD)

We understand that organising delivery to the Bay Islands — including Russell Island, Macleay Island, Karragarra Island, and Lamb Island — can be a little more complex.

At this stage, we’re unable to deliver directly to island addresses. However, many of our customers have successfully used a third-party provider, Bay Island Transport, to complete their delivery.

If you’re located on the Bay Islands, you can arrange delivery with Bay Island Transport from their mainland depot to your property. All costs associated with this service are the responsibility of the customer.

Alternatively, we offer free delivery to most mainland metro areas. If you have access to a mainland address, we can deliver your system there, and you can then arrange your own transport to your island property.

Once your order is placed, we will organise delivery of your hot water system to Bay Island Transport’s depot at: 112–116 Giles Road, Redland Bay QLD.

Please note that once your system has been delivered to and received by Bay Island Transport, responsibility for the goods transfers to the customer. Hot Water Boss and our delivery partners are not liable for any loss or damage that may occur during transport from the mainland to the islands.

 

Delivery Issues
If a delivery has not arrived at the expected time, please contact us as soon as possible. We will contact our authorised carrier to initiate an enquiry. Enquiries may take some time, but we aim to resolve all delivery problems immediately once notified.

Once you receive your order, we recommend confirming that the products delivered are correct. If there are any missing or broken items, please contact us as soon as possible on admin@hotwaterboss.com.au. 

 

PLEASE DO NOT INSTALL ANY ITEMS THAT MAY HAVE BEEN DAMAGED BEFORE FIRST CONTACTING US AND RECEIVING A RESPONSE.

 

Order Status
Generally, your order is received within 2 business days. Some items will be sent to you direct from our suppliers. Once your order is with our suppliers, the delivery time is outside of our control. Public Holidays, and other extenuating circumstances, may impact your delivery time.
