WHERE DO WE DELIVER?

Delivery is available to many metropolitan and selected regional locations throughout Australia, depending on the product, supplier and delivery address.

 

Hot water system delivery is generally available throughout major mainland metropolitan areas, including locations within Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia and Western Australia. 

 

Delivery to regional areas and Tasmania or the Northern Territory may be available for selected products.

HOT WATER SYSTEM DELIVERY COSTS

Hot water systems: Delivery is generally free to eligible mainland metropolitan areas, located within 20 km of our participating supplier depots.

 

Delivery charges may apply to regional or non-standard delivery locations. If you're outside a major metropolitan area, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm delivery availability and any applicable freight charges.

 

Accessories, valves and fittings: Accessories purchased with a hot water system are generally delivered with the system at no additional charge. Accessories, valves, and fittings ordered separately from a hot water system incur a shipping charge of $19.95.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

We aim to dispatch eligible orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 12 pm on a business day are generally processed the same day, while later orders are generally processed the following business day.

 

Most deliveries arrive within approximately 2 business days after dispatch; however, delivery timeframes can vary depending on your location, product availability, supplier, and carrier. Please contact us to confirm stock availability if you are working with a specific timeframe. 

 

Deliveries take place during standard business hours Monday to Friday.

BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER...

Before ordering, please make sure:

  • someone can receive the delivery where required;
  • the delivery location is accessible to the carrier;
  • you have confirmed delivery availability with us if you're outside a major metro area;
  • you have selected the correct hot water system for your requirements.

LIVE IN THE BAY ISLANDS (QLD)?

We understand that organising delivery to the Bay Islands - including Russell Island, Macleay Island, Karragarra Island, and Lamb Island - can be a little more complex.

 

At this stage, we’re unable to deliver directly to island addresses. However, many of our customers have successfully used a third-party provider, Bay Island Transport, to complete their delivery. If you’re located on the Bay Islands, you can arrange delivery with Bay Island Transport from their mainland depot to your property. All costs associated with this service are the responsibility of the customer. Once your order is placed, we will organise delivery of your hot water system to Bay Island Transport’s depot at: 112–116 Giles Road, Redland Bay QLD. Please note that once your system has been delivered to and received by Bay Island Transport, responsibility for the goods transfers to the customer. Hot Water Boss and our delivery partners are not liable for any loss or damage that may occur during transport from the mainland to the islands.

 

Alternatively, we offer free delivery to most mainland metro areas. If you have access to a mainland address, we can deliver your system there, and you can then arrange your own transport to your island property.

RECEIVING YOUR DELIVERY

Please inspect your order when it arrives and confirm that the correct items have been delivered.

If anything appears damaged, incorrect or missing, contact Hot Water Boss as soon as possible.

Do not install a product that appears damaged before contacting us.
