Returns and Refunds
Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately can not offer you a refund or exchange on your order.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on products due to change of mind.
We do not offer returns on products once they have been installed.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Orders cancelled by the customer after being ordered or delivered from the supplier or special orders will incur a restocking fee, and may attract additional administration and merchant fees. Please contact us to confirm what additional charges will be incurred prior to cancelling an order that you have not yet received.
To complete your return/refund, we require a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer directly, as they will be unable to process a refund for you.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied via your original method of payment within 7 days.
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
