How quickly can you install a new hot water system?

We offer same-day or next-day installation wherever possible. Availability depends on your location, the system required, and the complexity of the installation. Request a quote online and include a few photos, and we’ll let you know the earliest available installation time.

What does your fixed-price quote include?

Your quote will clearly set out the hot water system, installation work and inclusions required for your property. A standard replacement will generally include the new system, required valves and fittings, installation, electrical, testing, clean-up, and removal of the old unit.

If additional electrical, plumbing or relocation work is required, we’ll explain it before you accept the quote. There are never any hidden extras or nasty surprises.

Do you remove the old hot water system?

Yes. For our replacement installations, we remove and dispose of the old hot water system unless your quote states otherwise. We also clean up the installation area and take our rubbish with us.

What size hot water system do I need?

The right size depends on the number of people in your household, when and how you use hot water, the available installation space, and the type of system you choose.

A system that is too small may run out of hot water, while an unnecessarily large system may cost more to purchase and operate. We’ll assess your household’s needs and recommend an appropriately sized option without trying to upsell you. Should I choose electric storage or a heat pump?

Electric storage systems generally have a lower upfront cost and are a reliable choice when you need a straightforward replacement.

Can you install the new system in the same location?

In most cases, yes. We first need to ensure that the existing location remains safe, accessible and compliant with current installation requirements.

If the new system requires different clearances, drainage, electrical connections or pipework, we’ll discuss the available options and include any required work in your quote.

But in the vast majority of cases, your new hot water system will be able to go in the same location as your existing hot water system.

Do I need to purchase the hot water system separately?

No. We supply and install the complete system as part of one clear, fixed-price quote. Completing our quote request form is the fastest way to get an all-inclusive quote for your new hot water system.

If you only need the hot water system and have arranged your own licensed plumber, you can purchase supply-only products through our online store.
