Payment and Price
All payments are to be made in full online at time of purchase. Products will not be dispatched unless full payment has been received.
Claims
No liability for any claim for damage or non-functionality shall be accepted unless the purchaser notifies the vendor by email or telephone within 48 hours of delivery. This period may be extended at the sole discretion of the vendor where the manufacturers’ replacement policy extends the deadline.
No liability for any claim for missing items such as manuals shall be accepted unless the purchaser notifies the vendor in writing within 48 hours of delivery. Our email address for this purpose is admin@hotwaterboss.com.au.
Installation
Please note that the prices on our website are for products only. No labour or installation is included in the price, unless otherwise quoted.
All hot water systems must be installed by a qualified plumber, gas-fitter, and/or electrician. Hot water systems not installed by the relevant qualified tradesperson will result in the warranty being void.
Delivery and Pricing
Our online prices for hot water systems generally include delivery where you are in a metropolitan area, however we do require a quote to ensure this is possible for your address. Customers outside metro areas should contact us to enquire about freight arrangements and pricing.
Please note: Delivery is only within standard business hours, Monday to Friday.
Once goods are dispatched, the vendor is not responsible for any damage to goods or unexpected time delays.
Quality assurance
All products sold are brand new and unused, and carry a manufactures warranty.
Returns Policy
All products have been carefully selected to ensure maximum quality and are checked, where possible, for any defects prior to dispatch. If a product is found to be faulty, or fails within the warranty period, the customer can contact us to arrange service or contact the manufacture directly.
Return of products correctly supplied are at the discretion of Hot Water Boss. A handling fee may be charged to the purchaser if we accept the return.
Warranty & After Sales Service
The warranty of all products sold is with the manufacturer. If you require a warranty call we can advise you on the correct number for the relevant manufacturer.
Product Headings and Specification Table
All product headings, specifications tables and dimensions shown for each product are for illustrative purposes only and should be checked against the supplier headings, specification tables and dimensions. Hot Water Boss will not be responsible for any discrepancy with this information. The supplier’s information takes precedent over Hot Water Boss's illustrative information.
Legal
If any part of these terms and conditions are found to be unlawful it shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remainder of the conditions. This contract is and shall be deemed to have been made in Queensland and shall in all respects be governed by Queensland Law. In respect of consumer sales only, statutory rights are unaffected by these terms and conditions.
