Shipping, Refunds & Returns

Delivery of hot water systems to metropolitan areas is generally free of charge. Accessories ordered in conjunction with hot water systems are also generally delivered free. If you are unsure of whether you are in a metro area, please contact us to confirm. 

Accessories (including valves and fittings) ordered without a hot water system incur a shipping fee of $19.95. These products are shipped Express by Australia Post. 

Delivery terms and conditions

Your order is generally dispatched on the same working day that your order is received. You will receive an email notification from Hot Water Boss when your order is shipped. Orders received after 12pm will be dispatched the next business day. 

Note: Delivery is only within standard business hours Monday to Friday

Delivery Issues
If a delivery has not arrived at the expected time, please contact us as soon as possible. We will contact our authorised carrier to initiate an enquiry. Enquiries may take some time, but we aim to resolve all delivery problems immediately once notified.

Once you receive your order, we recommend confirming that the products delivered are correct. If there are any missing or broken items, please contact us as soon as possible on 


Order Status
Generally, your order is received within 2 business days. Some items will be sent to you direct from our suppliers. Once your order is with our suppliers, the delivery time is outside of our control. Public Holidays, and other extenuating circumstances, may impact your delivery time.

If, for whatever reason, you need to change an order, please contact us as soon as possible at We will always do our best to accommodate your needs, but are unable to guarantee this once your order is with our suppliers. 

Returns and Refunds

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately can not offer you a refund or exchange on your order.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on products due to change of mind.

We do not offer returns on products once they have been installed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Orders cancelled by the customer after being ordered or delivered from the supplier or special orders may incur a restocking fee. Please contact us to check before cancelling an order that you have not yet received. 

To complete your return/refund, we require a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer directly. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied via your original method of payment within 7 days.

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
